Combining decades of experience in professional kitchens, Neil Blackhurst and Damien Flynn created their unique concept of The Welsford Bistro back in 2020. The Welsford Bistro, serves up a range of delicious locally sourced meals, including their popular Sunday Roasts, and they continue to go from strength to strength, hosting unique private dining experiences, in both the bistro and main cathedral space. In 2022, The Welsford Bistro was nominated for the ‘Hidden Gem’ award in the Liverpool Tourism Awards. Our vision is to bring unique locally sourced, high-quality dining experiences to Merseyside and beyond. We champion local produce and suppliers wherever possible, and we are committed to running our business in the most environmentally sustainable way.
